Without being able to connect to the internet Origin was not able to verify the account and therefore wouldnt go any further. It installed Origin and presented me with the install button. To do that, right click on the Origin shortcut on your desktop and select Run As Administrator. I tried this but every time I try downloading it says YOUR DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN PAUSED Origin needs to install files and is waiting for permission. Here: 1) Pop the disk in (oh you know youve been waiting for this hot cake of misery ) 2) Go to your DVD RV Drive(E Sims3 3) Click Autorun.exe 4) Course Origin will ask for you to install ( but its just confirming the game) 5) Log into Origin ( make a account if needed) 6) Once you log in you must be online to download but dont worry it begins to download from your disk ( you hear the disk scrolling and all that jazz) 7) Sit back and see how much faster it downloads.It should open up to Install Sheild Wizard. I found out tha you can dowload it not using the internet, just the CD. You can still install from disc (without having to download) but you do need to make an Origin account and active the game.
How can I install right from disc (with my product code) This is SO frustrating And, I cant seem to get ANY tech support by phone.
